We do not offer shipping direct to customers but instead deliver to BHS Reception. Normally parents can choose to send orders via their students or can collect themselves from Reception. Customers can not collect from Reception during COVID regulations. Please email us directly if this is a service that you need. 


During these new COVID regulations, orders are taking longer to process as we do not have our parental volunteers but will be sent home within 2-3 days. Orders are sent to Reception. Reception will then send Primary orders direct to class teachers to ensure that our younger students take their orders home. Reception will post a note for Secondary students on the message board to let them know that they have an order to collect. Parents can forward the confirmation email to their older students to alert them by email.

Delivery is only during term time.

Extra provision will be made during the Back to School period in late August/ Early September and will be posted on the website, Firefly and other parental communications.
